1. A non-refundable portion of 15% of the total course fee is applicable in all cases.
2. If a student decides to withdraw before classes begin, they will receive a refund for all fees except the non-refundable 15% Course Fee.
3. No refunds will be issued if a student is unable to complete the course or chooses to discontinue for any reason.
4. If a batch is cancelled, enrolled students will have the option for a refund or to be accommodated in new batches.
5. Refunds will be processed and completed within 15 business days.
6. Refund eligibility for courses with installment payments will be subject to the terms specified in the installment payment agreement.
7. If a student requests a refund before classes start, they will receive a reimbursement for all fees except the non-refundable 15% Course Fee.
8. For enrollments through partner platforms, refund procedures will align with the specific policy of that platform.
9. It is important to note that refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be issued after 1 week or 5 hours into the course, whichever comes first.
10. Any refund requests received after the specified period will not be considered.
